The Facility Fee includes access to the barn’s first and second floor event spaces, the farmhouse during the day of the ceremony, orchard, firepit garden, BBQ, parking, grand piano, and — for bridal party only — the pond.

Overnight stay in the farmhouse and use of sound equipment are extra. Food and beverage, flowers, tents, tables and chairs, place settings, candles, outdoor dance floors, set-up, site cleaning, luxury portable sanitation for groups of 50+, DJ’s, live music, fire walkers, yoga instructors, massage therapists, cooking instructors, and day-of services are yours to configure and pay for, or bring your own.
